If you are struggling with work/life balance, feel totally drained and perhaps have even have lost your sense of humor in the process, please, please put your hand up to win a free copy of the 7 Steps to Sanity on-line mentoring program by Jennifer Jefferies.

I have one to give away to a lucky reader of parenting squad.

I have personally completed the 7 steps to sanity mentoring program about 2 years ago and loved it. It's easy, meaning it doesn't require lots of energy, time nor brain power. It's simply about observing your life, one small piece at a time and then making the necesary changes.

Jennifer Jefferies, author, speaker and naturopath, is passionate about supporting others who don't want to sacrifice their health, humour or sanity whilst trying to balance life, parenthood and work.

Following are a few insights from the 7 steps to sanity program:

1. Respect Yourself:

The on-line program starts, by asking you to respect yourself by learning to say no more often. Good idea. Jennifer then moves on to talk about the self defeating purpose of self critiscism. It is always worthwhile being reminded that your choice of words determines your experience in life.

2. Feed Your Body:

In this part of the on-line program Jennifer reminds you that your body can only handle so much neglect before it starts breaking down. She gives you tips and clues as to how you can incorporate a healthy eating plan into a very busy lifestyle.

One very important tip which I personally learnt a couple of years ago, was that your body needs magnesium to help reduce stress levels.

Carrying a handful of raw almonds around with you is a healthy snack that is nutrious whilst reducing the impact stress has on your body. Clever little almonds.

3. Do It Now:

Jennifer offers some great sanity saving strageties to help you break the poor me habit and shows you how to manage your level of expectation. Learning to ask for help is something ,that women particularly, are not very good at (we can often see it as a sign of weakenss). When was the last time you asked anyone for help?

How to enter and win:

Simply leave a message in the comment box below as to why you would love to win a copy of this program. Short and sweet is fine, as I'm sure I'll be able to pick up your stressed vibes.

This program is valued at $99.00 so a big thank you to Jennifer for allowing me to offer one of the on-line programs to the readers of Parenting Squad.

Just for the record I am not involved with any affiliate or payment for talking about Jennifers program. I simply was offered three to give away on my blog The Healthy Living Lounge and thought I would share the love with parenting squad readers as well.
