Long bio:

Some true things about me: I was raised by wild hippies. I have two kids of my own and a terrific stepson. I care more about writing than dusting and it shows – please do not wear white gloves if you visit me. My favorite foods are tofu, kale and ice cream – not in that order.

And one lie: I never yell at my perfectly coiffed and always calm, obedient children because I always know exactly what to do in every situation. I’m actually Mary Poppins, all grown up with better hair.
