Long bio:

I'm a writer. It took me many, many years to finally admit that. I've been writing a long time, but I've only recently turned it into a job, career and a calling as well.

But I have another calling that is the best one of all-- I'm a mom to three great kids. Two boys and one daughter who is so much like me that it's scary. She's got the messy room, I've got a messy house... Oh, I happen to be married too. The hubby is deaf and we've been together over 20 years. We've got a cute little West Highland White Terrier named Kaycie and she's quite spoiled. She sleeps next to me every night and once in a while, she'll let the hubby snuggle up too.
