I would love to have the digital camera for Thanksgiving. This will be the first Thanksgiving we will be able to spend with family since the kids were born so we are super excited this year.

My only digital camera is one that takes floppies! It only takes 5 photos per floppy and it is broken somehow so you have to fiddle with it to get it to recognize there is even a disk in it!

My friends should be welcoming their adoptive child home in December! I would love to take pictures and make them a scrap book on Shutterfly! I hope do adopt soon, too!

Next December, we're having a family gathering with relatives coming from 3 different countries. We don't gather that often, only once a year, sometimes once in a couple of years.

With all those special holidays around the corner, it'd be so very nice to have a camera to keep those special moments forever! Although I have a camera, it is very old, has been dropped a few times over the years and is very touchy...somedays it works and somedays it doesn't. Most times, it won't work when you need it to most. Our neighborhood Halloween parade is coming up and the kids are going to be so cute in their little costumes. I'd love to take some photos and share them with everyone on Shutterfly.

Normally I would say Christmas, however my husband has to work on Halloween night so he won't see the kids in their costumes at all. He leaves for work at 6 AM before they get up and he won't be home until about 11 PM that night, long after treating and the kids go to bed (he has to work and then do overtime in the city). This is the first time he's going to miss Halloween. I'd love to be able to take pictures of the kids and e-mail them to him at work.

My dad is going to come and visit us in the next month. I'd love to have this camera for his visit. He lives in Kentucky, and we live in Nebraska. I would so love to be able to take pictures of my grandchildren, the last time I visited,I had a regular old camera and most of the pics didnt come out. I lost some pics that were,(to me at least),priceless. They grow so fast that the pics are important.

Since my husband dropped my last point and shoot digital camera in a lake via a celling fan and has yet to replace it, this would be perfect. I'm a photographer, but HATE lugging around my "big" cameras just to take quick photos of the kids. I really want a new one for my purse to catch all those moments I am missing right now!

You don't know how badly I need a new camera. I have a first generation digital and I'm a blogger, so all my blog photos are awful (so small). I had my first child in March, and I feel bad that all of the photos of him are so pathetic, not the composition or the moments I've captured, but the photo quality!

Thanksgiving is my day. My four kids four sons and daughters-in-law and 4 grandaughters usually share Christmas with both sides of the family but Thanksgiving is always spent out at the lake cottage which has been in my family since my Dad bought it in 1948 when I was 13. Now at 73 with severe emphysema and having beat cancer twice I know there won't be many more Thanksgiving's for me and would love to have this camera to record the day as a gift for my grandaughters to remember me by.

I have so many reasons that I need a new camera.
We have a old sony that takes floppy disk, well our desktop crashed and we no longer have a way to see pictures on our floppy disks. Then on August 23 our daughter got married 1200 miles from home where she lives, with the wedding and school starting we could not afford a new camera. We had our camcorder which we thought would get us some video, well on day of wedding it crashed so is no good. Our son had his first child on Setember 7th 2008 they also live 1000 miles away from us, still being broke we have no camera. We have been using our old cell phones even though we no longer have service as our camera's.
We just had neice's wedding also 1200 miles away. Now our children are in sports, marching band. With christmas concerts coming up, their sports weekly and my 50th birthday on 11/18 ( I think family might be coming to visit, Maybe) we sure could use a new camera. My husband just for my birthday, and anniversary today 10/17 bought me a new much needed printer to help kids with their online homework as they take class's online and needed a printer. Well it was on clearence for $30.00 but it is a all in one printer which also prints photos, so all I need now is a new camera. Withall my children and activities coming up a camera is a much needed item for us, it would help me keep older childern in touch with their younger brother and sisters activities that they are missing with sending them photos, since they can't be here.

I would love the camera for the upcoming BOA (Bands of America) contest that my son is in at the Dome in Atlanta. Our band has been practicing hard ever since August and this is the culmination of the season's hard work. I still have an old Canon AE-1 35mm film camera. Good camera, but FILM - yikes. I would love to win this camera to take pictures of my brother-in-law's wedding that is right before Thanksgiving. Our digital camera got crushed in the Buzz Lightyear ride at Disneyland last weekend.

My digital cam disappeared a couple of months ago. Luckily, I'd taken most of the pictures off of it. It had documented my baby's birth, my brother's graduation from basic, and other family events. My youngest is only 7 months old so I miss taking pictures of him. I would love this camera to continue to record his first year, as well as the goings on of my other 3 kids. I would love to have the camera to take pics at our twin girls first birthday party next month. Let me tell you about the cameras we use now. One was given to us about 5 years ago and it takes great pictures, but we have to use rechargeable AA batteries, they run out of juice so quickly and there is no video. Then we purchased another camera about a two years ago that had video, but the photo quality is not very good. We had to go cheap and to make things worse, I spilled some water on it and the battery has to be recharged after every use now for some reason. Luckily, it still works, but very annoying when we run to the camera to catch a picture moment and NO battery power on either camera! So sad, we just can't spend the money on a nice new camera right now--twins are expensive...this would be soo great to win! THANKS!

We live halfway across the country from our family, so this would be nice to have for thanksgiving to take photos of our 3 nieces and 3 nephews! We're celebrating our christmas over thanksgiving since we can't make it home in december. It's hard living so far from family sometimes.

Oh wow, this is such an awesome giveaway! I need a new camera so bad.

Our baby is going to be dedicated at our church next month and I'd hate to not get photos of it. Also, my brother and his family are coming in town for Thanksgiving....I can't wait to see his girls playing with our baby girl. I'm sure there will be many sweet moments we'll want to capture in pictures.

I could use a camera to celebrate returning home after a 10 week recovery! That's a hard battle for an 84 year old lady!
