Go Gen X Mamas!

thank you for spreading this information. i read a stat somewhere that stated 51% of gen x moms stay at home now.  i am 33 years old, have a 14 year old son (during whose early childhood i worked AND attended school, so i missed TOO much) and a 7 month old daughter. i never imagined myself being "domestic", staying home w/the kids, or anything of the sort. but i am FINALLY accepting that the way i THOUGHT was most responsible (working that "good" job, etc.), actually may be detrimental to my kids and myself.i am doing freelance internet consulting (web design, marketing, etc.) and am considering starting an etsy or hyenacart store to sell diy mei tai baby carriers, designer decor elements, etc.
