How about going for three days (and nights) in the same clothing?
In the winter school holidays, we only wash for visitors.

Another related icky thing, only bathing the kids every second or third day in busy weeks. ~As long as you can't *see* the dirt, they're clean enough. And there's always a bit of mum's spit to try first!
