a bit offensive
Submitted by Guest on March 5, 2008 - 01:58.
I find this article to be a bit offensive. I am 17 years old, and will be voting in the November election. Though these results may apply to a small few, there are a multitude of young adults who are not yet able to vote who know more about current issues than do voting adults. In the 2004 presidential election, there was a survey issued with results stating that many women voted George Bush into a second term because he was "good-looking or handsome." I admit that some 17 year olds are extremely naive to what is going on in the world. But, the majority can say quite the opposite.
