A mere 1200 students make you weep?

I am not going to weep in fear for my nation over a poll that questioned only 1200 high schoolers.

I will however mourn the loss of a well rounded education that included something besides preparing children for standardized test.

As for Argggh - I grew up in what you would refer to as the "inner city" and only attended NYC public schools, I have no doubt that pitted against each other in a battle of the brains you would not walk away with the trophy.
